General
The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sales irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the goods are dispatched by TAVA Spirit Ltd.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of the order. Goods remain the property of TAVA Spirit Ltd until fully paid for.

Returned Goods
The nature of the audio products of TAVA Spirit Ltd means any non faulty or damaged returns must be intact (sealed and unopened). Notification of wrongly shipped or damaged goods must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any claim outside of the 14 days will be at the discretion of the Seller. Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery, refund or exchange will only take place once any reported faults are investigated. The Buyer is liable for postage costs of any non faulty returned or replacement goods. The Buyer will be liable for the costs of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.

Legal Liability
TAVA Spirit Ltd cannot accept liability for improper use of its products.
